Insurance cover, racing license
Every driver must ensure that they have sufficient insurance coverage. The valid valid license must be presented to the organizer on race day.

Team manager meeting
There will be no team manager meeting in person. The information from the race management will be sent by email to the email address provided during driver registration in good time before the races.
 
BikeWash
There is a signposted BikeWash area near the start/finish area.

Doping control
In accordance with UCI regulations, the race will be subject to anti-doping controls carried out. The anti-doping tests take place in rooms next to the race office.

Garbage disposal
It is forbidden to throw away waste (e.g. gel packs, drinking bottles, etc.) away from the garbage islands or outside the technical/feed zones. The waste must be disposed of in the appropriately marked garbage cans set up in the start/finish area or in the garbage bags provided in the technical/feed zones.
Increased controls are being carried out here.

First aid, emergency care and closest hospitals

The handlebar number must be mounted during official training!

Wearing a helmet is mandatory during training and racing.

The race management or the organizer reserve the right to make program changes!

Start number/transponder distribution closed 1.5 hours before the respective race!

Raceday 1, Saturday May 10th 2025

The prize money for the Junior categories will be handed over personally to the drivers for places 1 to 5 exclusively at the award ceremony and for the remaining placings in the race office/start number distribution.

The prize money or non-cash prizes for the Amateur and Masters categories for places 1 to 5 will only be handed over personally to the drivers at the award ceremony.

The prize money or non-cash prizes for the U15 and U17 categories for places 1 to 5 will only be handed over personally to the drivers at the award ceremony. There will be no transfer of prize money afterwards. Failure to appear after the third call by the speaker will result in exclusion prize money.

The non-cash prizes for the U7 to U13 categories will be handed over personally to the drivers for all placements at the award ceremony.

Raceday 2, Sunday May 11th 2025

The prize money for the U23 and Elite categories will be handed over personally to the drivers for places 1 to 5 exclusively at the award ceremony and for the remaining placings in the race office/start number distribution. There will be no transfer of prize money afterwards.

Failure to appear after the third call by the speaker will result in exclusion prize money.

Any changes to the schedule are subject to the race management or the organizer!
