In Austria the fee regulation of the ÖRV applies. The nominal fees are payable upon registration via homepage plus any transfer costs. The registration will take effect only after deposits of the entry fee.

Startnumber-/transponder pickup closed 1.5 hours before the respective race!

Start Requirements

From the U13 category onwards, a valid license (at least a copy of the 2025 license application) or a member card must be provided when registering online or presented when picking up the starting number. The Member Card must be purchased in advance via the Cycling Portal Austria (htpps://portal.cyclingaustria.at; if you have any questions about the Member Card, please contact License@radsportverband.at) – this can also be done online at short notice. Sufficient insurance coverage must be provided for all young drivers who do not have a Member Card.

UCI Junior Series Ötztaler Mountainbike Festival 2025 – will be submitted later (below 2024)

  • – Athletes without a UCI or national team entry must have at least 20 UCI points when registering
  • – All Austrian athletes can start, also in team clothing, this must be stated. Austrian athletes who do not have 20 UCI points or do not belong to a UCI team must be registered as a national team.
  • – In the case of non-national UCI Junior Series, the national federation may also nominate 5 athletes without the required 20 UCI points. If this is stated, they may also start in team clothing.

Information

Insurance cover, racing license
Every driver must ensure that they have sufficient insurance coverage. The valid valid license must be presented to the organizer on race day.

Helmets are mandatory during the race.

Team manager meeting
There will be no team manager meeting in person. The information from the race management will be sent by email to the email address provided during driver registration in good time before the races.
 
BikeWash
There is a signposted BikeWash area near the start/finish area.

Doping control
In accordance with UCI regulations, the race will be subject to anti-doping controls carried out. The anti-doping tests take place in rooms next to the race office.

Garbage disposal
It is forbidden to throw away waste (e.g. gel packs, drinking bottles, etc.) away from the garbage islands or outside the technical/feed zones. The waste must be disposed of in the appropriately marked garbage cans set up in the start/finish area or in the garbage bags provided in the technical/feed zones.
Increased controls are being carried out here.

There will be no transfer of prize money afterwards.
Failure to appear after the third call by the speaker will result in exclusion prize money.
