OETZTALER MOUNTAINBIKE FESTIVAL

ANMELDESCHLUSS  Cross Country 13.05.2024 / 20:00 Uhr

In Österreich gilt die Gebührenregelung des ÖRV. Die Nenngebühren sind bei Anmeldung zzgl. allfälliger Transferkosten zu bezahlen. Die Anmeldung wird erst nach Einlagen der Nenngebühr wirksam.

Startnummern-/Transponderabholung bis jeweils 1,5 Stunden vor dem jeweiligen Rennen möglich!

Startvoraussetzungen
Ab der Kategorie U13 ist eine gültige Lizenz (mindestens die Kopie des aktuellen Lizenzantrages) oder eine Member Card verpflichtend bei der Online-Anmeldung anzugeben bzw. bei der Abholung der Startnummer vorzuweisen. Die Member Card ist im Vorhinein über das Cycling Portal Austria (htpps://portal.cyclingaustria.at; bei Fragen zur Member Card bitte lizenz@radsportverband.at kontaktieren) zu lösen – dies kann auch kurzfristig online erledigt werden. Für alle Nachwuchsfahrer, die keine Member Card haben, ist für einen ausreichenden Versicherungsschutz zu sorgen.

Mit meiner Meldung erkenne ich den Haftungsausschluss des Veranstalters für Personen- oder Sachschäden jeder Art an.
Ich erkläre, dass ich gesund bin und mich in einem den sportlichen Anforderungen entsprechenden Trainingszustand befinde.
Ich verhalte mich gemäß dem Reglement der UCI und des Österreichischen Radsportverbandes. Insbesondere trage ich einen Helm als Kopfschutz.
Ich erkläre mich außerdem damit einverstanden, dass in der Anmeldung genannte Daten für die Nennlisten, Zeitnahme und Ergebnislisten digital erfasst und weitergegeben sowie im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung gemachte Foto’s, Filmaufnahmen und Interviews ohne Vergütungsanspruch veröffentlich werden können.
Es sind keinerlei Regressansprüche bei höherer Gewalt, Verlegung oder Ausfall der Veranstaltung möglich.
Ich versichere, meine Startnummer an keine andere Person weiterzugeben. Ich erkläre mit meiner Anmeldung, dass ich an der Veranstaltung auf eigenes Risiko teilnehme und dass ich ausreichend gegen Unfälle versichert bin.
Veranstalter und Sponsoren übernehmen für Schäden und Verletzungen der Teilnehmer keinerlei Haftung.

In Austria, the ÖRV fee regulations apply. The entry fees must be paid upon registration plus any transfer costs. Registration will only become effective once the entry fee has been paid.

Start number/transponder collection possible up to 1.5 hours before the respective race!

Starting requirements
From the U13 category onwards, a valid license (at least a copy of the current license application) or a member card must be provided when registering online or presented when picking up the start number. The Member Card must be purchased in advance via the Cycling Portal Austria (htpps://portal.cyclingaustria.at; if you have any questions about the Member Card, please contact License@radsportverband.at) – this can also be done online at short notice. Sufficient insurance coverage must be ensured for all young drivers who do not have a member card.

By submitting my report, I accept the organizer’s exclusion of liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind. I declare that I am healthy and in a training condition that meets the sporting requirements. I behave in accordance with the regulations of the UCI and the Austrian Cycling Association. In particular, I wear a helmet as head protection. I also agree that the data mentioned in the registration for the entry lists, timing and results lists can be recorded and passed on digitally and that photos, film recordings and interviews taken in connection with the event can be published without any claim to compensation. There are no recourse claims in the event of force majeure, postponement or cancellation of the event. I assure that I will not pass on my start number to anyone else. By registering, I declare that I am taking part in the event at my own risk and that I am adequately insured against accidents. Organizers and sponsors assume no liability for any damage or injuries to participants. Note according to data protection law: Data is processed and stored automatically!
